    Anger management is one of the most needed emotional skills you can have.

    Everyone knows how anger can damage relationships, friendships and lives, and that is bad enough. But anger has also been shown to be terribly damaging to the heart, especially in men.

    When get angry, the pumping efficiency of the heart drops, often low, leading to arterial damage, making anger management important to your health. While you may see it as blowing off steam what you are really doing is blowing your heart.
