    Some people are angry and bitter about what happened in the past. Bad things happened to them, which weren't their fault. They hold their anger like a burning coal, ready to chuck it at someone…

    Look at what happened to me… Life's so unfair… How could anyone make a go of life after such an experience…? How could I ever hope to be happy after treatment like that…?

    It is very easy to be stressed out nowadays. Stress has become a part and parcel of our lives because of the economic crisis, unemployment and layoffs, high prices of gasoline and the cost of food and other essential commodities are on the rise.     It's human nature to want to better ones self, but sometimes the world puts up obstacles, internal and external to stop us from achieving peace and well being in our lives. Exercise is wonderful and the obvious choice for making your body stronger and more able to deal with those obstacles that are external. The stronger the body the better chance your exterior self has to overcome those obstacles. But what of the internal obstacles?

    When i say internal obstacles i am not speaking about physical limitations, those are external obstacles, what i am referring to are the "mental" obstacles such as depression, addiction and phobias, internal obstacles that shorten your list of options and choices in the one life we each are gifted. Wouldn't you love to be free of those mental chains and barriers? Wouldn't you like to achieve your pinnacle? You cannot do that with internal obstacles forcing you to tread water instead of move forward. To do your best you have to be your best or at least try.

    You are wasting part of the glorious gift that is life if you are aware of any internal obstacles and just let them grow and work un-hindered inside your mind. Only you can remove these obstacles, other may help you with physical obstacles impeding your forward progress but you and only you are responsible for your own personal mental well being. Only you can remove internal barriers and obstacles, beyond god there is no one to do it for you, and God helps those who first help themselves. Self hypnosis can offer you that help.
